Please note: Parents should have one of these flyers per child between the ages of 5-12, and the kids will need to receive stickers from 6 stores in Granite Run Mall during the Trick or Treat.  Parents or the kids should turn in the completed flyers no later than 1:30PM at the 99.5WJBR table at Center Court, and the costume contest will take place between 1:30-2PM.  Limited forms will be available during the event at the stores, and we suggest printing this copy.
